Mindset coaching

(This is an optional extra, but it doesn't affect the price structure in any way) The 12-week self-mastery plan includes biblical truths that help guide your thoughts daily throughout the 12-week program so that you may be set up for success. We also focus on overcoming limiting mindsets that may lead to self-sabotage. Be part of an online group or follow the plan on your own. One on one coaching is also available.

Nutrition coaching

You will receive eating plans, supplement advice, and nutrition coaching. Access to an online breakfast club. Food diaries are checked on request.
