Fitness Bootcamp

Goal setting – Receive assistance with setting smart goals. Tracking sheets are provided for you to track your process goals on a daily basis. Check ins are done weekly.

You will train with a qualified personal trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist, who has over 25 years of experience in fitness and nutrition coaching.
You will learn correct exercise technique, posture, core, and muscle activation.
You can either do 1 on 1 personal training sessions, or you can train in a small group. Groups may vary but average around 4-6 people in a small group setting. Alternatively, you could receive an online training programme that you can follow on your own. It includes all your exercises with detailed instructions as we’ll as pictures.
